Meal planning guidance

Have you ever tried meal planning before? For me it was too much in the beginning! I tried prepping only on the weekend, batch prepping, tripling recipes, you name it, I have tried it. This approach is NOT a one size fits all. Through trial and error, I discovered the right fit for my lifestyle and needs. We will explore how meal planning and prepping fits into your life. Everyone has different schedules, it’s not practical for you to have the same routine as someone else. Here, I teach you how to build a grocery list based on the foods you want to eat during the week. We go into the planning process and how to execute being prepared so you can excel during the week.

When making lifestyle changes the grocery store can become a very overwhelming place! I found myself standing in the aisles paralyzed by fear (will I make a wrong choice or completely give up). Through my years of experience, I’ll share with you tips and tricks on how I learned to navigate the grocery store aisles. I’ll share with you how I was able to stay away from my previous “favorite food items” and find better substitutions. By the end of the tour, my goal is that you will be walking out feeling more confident about how to make better food choices in the future.

 

Pantry makeover

How many times have you sworn off the forbidden cabinet with the dangerous foods, OR hidden them in the back acting as if they weren’t really there? How many times did you say to yourself, I shop healthy but I am not making the progress I want? PANTRY MAKEOVER allows me to come into your home to explore and talk about what choices you are doing that are great and where we can begin to make improvements. Together, we go through your fridge and pantry and begin to discuss how we can start making different choices moving forward, while building on the daily habits you are doing amazing with already.
